个人简历:董柏余,副教授(博士,硕士生导师)2010年毕业于甘肃农业大学生物工程专业;2015年毕业于甘肃农业大学营养与食品卫生学专业(导师:毕阳教授);2019年毕业于华南农业大学园艺产品采后科学专业(导师:张昭其教授)。承担的科研项目:主持在研1项国家自然科学基金—RrMYBs参与H2维持刺梨果实高AsA含量的作用机制研究(32260795, 2023-2026)、1项贵州省科技计划项目—采前苯丙噻重氮处理诱导天麻采后抗病性的作用机理研究(黔科合基础-ZK[2021]一般 172)。在Postharvest Biology and Technology、 Frontiers in Plant Science、Scientia Horticulturae、LWT-Food Science and Technology与食品工业科技等国内外学术刊物发表论文20余篇。
